正规的网博软件有哪些 PermaCell Cell Culture Inserts are sterile, tissue culture devices that are ideal for the growth/differentiation of cells and 3D organotypic culture. The 8mm inserts are uniquely designed to function as either standing or hanging inserts, allowing researchers increased flexibility when designing studies. The inserts are sold in 24-well plates (24 inserts/plate), but can be used in 6-, 12-, and 24-well culture plate formats. Various membrane types allow researchers to select inserts for specific needs, such as cell attachment, differentiation, organotypic 3D culture, drug transport/permeability, and imaging studies.

For higher throughput applications, PermaCell 96-well insert plates are connected in a single, rigid plate that is compatible with robotic systems.

Both the individual inserts and the 96-well insert plates are specially designed for 3D organotypic tissue culture and are easily adaptable to TEER measurements and other analytical techniques.

• 24 8mm inserts packaged in 24-well plate
• Hang-top lid for airlifting can be purchased separately for use in 12- or 24-well formats
• Pore size of 0.4µm or 8µm, custom pore sizes available
• PTFE, PET, PC membrane, and custom membranes available
  • PTFE membranes have a high pore density and are clear in culture, which allows for visualization of cells via brightfield and fluorescent microscopy
• TEER compatible

• 96-well insert plates connected in a single, rigid tray
• Pore size of 0.4µm
• PET high pore density membrane
• Robotics and TEER compatible
• Large access ports to allow for efficient media sampling
